Against the tendency of the main producers, Extrema Ratio does not consider as peculiar characteristic the flexibility grade but bearing loads with minimum possible deformation. Tests carried out inside the company enable to confirm the product structural limits. The test of flexing with load is carried out placing the bayonet on a mobile surface and an elecronic dynamometer on a fixed support. While fixing the bayonet tangle to the dynamometer and going slowly down, the bayonet will be flexed. We can so evaluate the applied load and the moving of the flexed part from the fixing surface. This test destroys the bayonet and the dynamometer registers the maximum pick load when the bayonet breaks.
