At Extrema Ratio we have a skilled and experienced work force capable of performing many of the extra hand operations that go into the making of our products. The Extrema Ratio cutlery factory is unique. It is full self-contained. In all these years Extrema Ratio combined the uniformity and production volumes of industrial automation with the high quality and attention to detail of hand finishing. We do most of the main production processes in-house: from grinding and assembly and hand finishing our products. These steps insure that Extrema Ratio knives are of excellent quality and a real value for the end user.
